Civil engineer turned Realtor, serving Texas families for 18 years.

I'm Claudia Delgado-Willick, a Keller Williams Real Estate Broker with 18 years of experience across four markets. I originally trained as a civil engineer, managing geophysical data acquisition crews — both on and offshore — in Latin America and along the Texas gulf coast, working for major oil and gas service companies before making my home and family in Texas.
I've personally represented buyers and sellers in more than 600 transactions, and have been selected by Keller Williams to Agent Leadership Councils (ALCs). As part owner, I helped lead both the national and local expansion of the brand into Colombia, where we successfully launched the Cali market center and developed a team of more than 100 new agents.
“It was a great pleasure to work with Mrs. Delgado. She is bilingual and that is an excellent tool for her customers. She is always keeping in touch and making sure there are no doubts about the procedures in buying a house.”
Today I split my time between two offices — Fort Worth and beautiful Katy — and work with clients across the Houston area, the DFW Metroplex, and Waco. With my team and partnering agents, I provide the immediate answers and same-day service you need, wherever you're headed.
I've also been painting for more than 30 years. Combining an engineering background with an artist's eye gives me a perspective few Realtors bring — I consider a property's structural safety and maintainability alongside its artistic and financial potential.
I love what I do: helping families find their favorite place in the world. I'd love to meet you and help with your real estate needs — even if that just means answering a few questions to start.
No pressure, no obligation — just a real conversation about what you need.
